I have the Instant Pot and use it as often as I can. As for recipes, you can search either Miss Vicky's site, or you can look up some of the delicious recipes at Hip Pressure Cooking. All of these are online, and they're very easy to find. They range from pot roasts, to paella, to risotto, to steamed veggies, to creme brulŽ, and even cheesecake.
